Spice Harmony Yoga is a yoga studio offering classes, workshops, and retreats for people of all bodies and experience levels. Established in 2011, the studio provides a welcoming space where students can explore their practice at their own pace. The studio is fully equipped with yoga props and the Great Yoga Wall , offering support for different bodies and individual needs. Set among fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden, Spice Harmony Yoga brings together movement, curiosity, joy, and connection in a peaceful studio environment.
