You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing (details, hours, contact info, photos).
• You may only list a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• We may edit, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these Terms.

A “Verified” badge is applied only after Island Link has manually confirmed a business’s information. It indicates that we checked specific details at a point in time — it is not a guarantee or endorsement of the business’s products, services, or conduct.

You agree not to:

• Post false, unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the directory without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Paid memberships unlock additional listing features. Prices are shown in Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$) and charged via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Island Link and its design, logo, and software are owned by Island Link Co. and TrustTech Digital. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

The platform links to third-party services (e.g. Google Maps, WhatsApp, business websites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

The platform is provided “as is”. Island Link does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not a party to any transaction between users and businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with listed businesses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada.
