Spicemas 2026 Fetes: Grenada Carnival Parties and Events

Every Spicemas 2026 fete as it gets confirmed, from cooler fetes and breakfast parties to the all-inclusives and boat rides.

Spicemas 2026 Fetes: Grenada Carnival Parties and Events

The season builds for weeks before Carnival Monday and Tuesday. It builds through fetes. Cooler fetes on the beach, breakfast parties that start before 7am, all-inclusives where the ticket covers everything, and boat rides where the whole party moves onto the water. This is where the Spicemas season actually lives.

We track every confirmed fete here as promoters announce them. Bookmark this page and check back. Nothing invented, nothing premature. If it is not on this list, we have not confirmed it yet.

What to expect from Spicemas fetes

Grenada's fetes range from tight community events to large-scale parties with international DJs. Here is what the main types look like.

Cooler fetes. You bring a cooler with your drinks, pay an entry fee, and enjoy music on a ground or open venue. One of the most accessible formats and a staple of Grenada's carnival scene.

Breakfast parties. Early-morning events, often starting at 5am or 6am, with soca and a crowd already in carnival mode before the sun is fully up. High energy, a different vibe than a night fete. Great warmup for J'ouvert.

All-inclusives. The ticket covers food, drinks, and music. Premium format. These are the events that sell out first and cost the most, and they are also the ones where you can hand in your wallet and just enjoy the night.

Boat rides. The party moves onto the water. Music, dancing, open bar or cash bar, and you anchor somewhere beautiful in the afternoon. See our full boat rides guide for what to know before you book.

The 2026 fete calendar

Saturday, August 8 is the peak fete night of Spicemas 2026. It starts early with Panorama (Pantastic Saturday) at the National Stadium from 8 PM — the steel band competition that is worth seeing at least once. Then the all-inclusives and cooler fetes take over through the night. If you are going to one fete, it is Saturday.

We update this list as promoters confirm. Each entry links to the What's New post with full details: venue, time, ticket link, and what to bring.

**[[UPDATE as fetes are announced — add each one as a bullet below:

  • Fete name — August [DATE], [VENUE], [type: all-inclusive / cooler / breakfast party / boat] Tickets: [link or "WhatsApp promoter"] · Price: EC$[XX] → First post it as a What's New event (earns Event rich result), then link it here. Check back as the season fills in — fetes typically start announcing June through August.

How to buy tickets

Most tickets sell through the promoter's social pages or WhatsApp groups. A few use online ticketing platforms. Here is what experience teaches you:

  • Follow the promoter, not the venue. The same venue hosts different events every year. The promoter is who announces it.
  • Buy early for all-inclusives. Prices go up in tiers and the last batch is always the most expensive. Early-bird pricing usually closes weeks out.
  • Cash works for cooler fetes. Most take EC dollars at the gate. Carry some.
  • Screenshot your ticket. Cell service can be patchy at busy events.

Tips for planning your fete week

Plan loosely, not tightly. Spicemas is not a fixed schedule the way a music festival is. Fetes move, start late, and sometimes conflict. Here is how to handle it.

  • Pick one anchor event per day, then let the rest build around it.
  • J'ouvert starts in the early hours of Carnival Monday. Whatever you do Sunday night, factor that in. See the J'ouvert guide.
  • Carnival Tuesday is long. Pace yourself starting from Monday. If you burn out at J'ouvert you will miss the road.
  • For the full picture, the first-timer guide has a day-by-day pacing breakdown.
